JAMMU, Oct 11: On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Tarun Sharma, actor, director, president of Nat Manch and social, sports, cultural and political activist, released the special devotional bhajan ‘Jyot Maiya Di Jagai’, presented by Pandit Vijay Sharma Bhakti Bhajan.
The Navratri Special 2026 devotional song is dedicated to Mata Vaishno Devi and seeks to spread the message of devotion, faith and spiritual positivity among devotees. Launched on the first day of Navratri as a spiritual offering, the bhajan has been released with the blessings of Vaishno Dham Mandir.
Pandit Vijay Sharma has lent his voice to the devotional composition and has also penned its lyrics, while the music has been composed by Aash K. Raj Kumar (MP) has handled the direction of photography, KD Production Jammu has undertaken the editing, and Rahul Dutta of Jammu has directed the video.
Speaking on the occasion, Tarun Sharma expressed happiness at being associated with the release and appreciated the entire team for bringing out a devotional musical presentation dedicated to Mata Rani. He extended his best wishes to the singer, lyricist, music composer, director, technical team and all those involved in the production.
Sharma highlighted the significance of devotional music in spreading spiritual awareness and bringing people closer to their faith, particularly during the auspicious period of Navratri, when devotees across the country offer prayers to the divine mother.
