IOCL CSR-Funded Medical Centre inaugurated at Ramakrishna Mission

JAMMU, Jul 31: The upgraded Medical Centre at Ramakrishna Mission, Ramakrishna Vihar, Udheywala, Jammu, was inaugurated under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL).

The upgraded facilities include a state-of-the-art Ultrasound Machine, a Digital OPG Machine, and a 20 kW On-Grid Solar Power Plant, aimed at enhancing diagnostic services and promoting clean energy.

The ceremony was graced by A. K. Raina, Deputy General Manager (DGM), IOCL, as the Chief Guest, while Swami Shantatmananda Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram, attended as the Guest of Honour. The programme was organised under the guidance of Swami Yagyadharanand Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Jammu.

A plantation drive was also conducted on the Mission premises, where dignitaries and participants planted saplings to spread the message of environmental conservation and sustainable development.

Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the partnership between IOCL and Ramakrishna Mission in strengthening healthcare infrastructure and community welfare. Swami Yagyadharanand Maharaj expressed gratitude to IOCL for its CSR support, stating that the new facilities would greatly benefit patients and further the Mission’s commitment to quality healthcare and social service.
