The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has issued a travel advisory urging tourists and locals to postpone non-essential travel and avoid vulnerable, flood-prone areas.
Motorists planning to traverse these high-altitude routes should exercise extreme caution, ensure their vehicles are equipped with snow chains, and monitor official weather updates closely.
