JAMMU, Jul 22: The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) has announced a new organisational team for the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh province during its central meeting.
As part of the new appointments, Swaran Singh has been named the General Secretary of the VHP for the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh province, while Abhishek Gupta has been appointed as the Provincial Vice President.
The organisation expressed confidence that under the leadership of the newly appointed office-bearers, organisational activities across the province would gain fresh momentum. It said efforts related to service, security, cultural values and organisational strengthening would be further expanded.
The meeting also decided to assign a new responsibility to Rajendra, who had been serving as the Organisation Secretary for the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh province. He has now been appointed as the Organisation Secretary for the Kashi province.
The Vishva Hindu Parishad stated that the newly appointed office-bearers would work with dedication to promote the organisation’s objectives of service, security, cultural values and social harmony while contributing to nation-building and public welfare.
