JAMMU Oct 21: Renowned eminent senior contemporary Internationally acclaimed Sculptor Ganesh Kumar Sharma has been Honored with the prestigious “International Bright Future Award Certificate” by the International University of Culture Arts and Sciences (I.U.C.A.S), Palestine, in recognition of his contributions to art, culture, creativity and the promotion of a peaceful and brighter future through artistic expression.
The International Award Certificate issued by the International University (I.U.C.A.S) Palestine said that Ganesh Kumar Sharma awarded / Honored for his outstanding, dedication, creativity and commitment to culture, arts knowledge and international understanding.
Ganesh Sharma Gold- Medalist and State Awardee from Jammu and Kashmir Govt. 2006, a dedicated Sculptor and contemporary creative artist, with more than four decades experience has devoted his artistic pursuits to exploring the expressive possibilities of Sculpture, particularly through the marvel stone, granite and wood and through other materials used for sculptural forms. His creations reflect a sensitive understanding of nature, human emotions, beauty and the relationship between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary artistic expression.
National Awardee, Govt.of India, 1998, Ganesh Kumar Sharma’s distinctive wooden and stone sculptures, demonstrate his appreciation for natural textures, graceful forms, intricate compositions and the enduring beauty of hand-crafted art.
