JAMMU, Jun 9: A free Ayurveda Health Check-Up Camp was successfully organized by Nat Manch and Tarun Sharma under the leadership of Tarun Sharma, Actor, Director, President of Nat Manch, and noted social, sports, cultural, and political activist, at Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir, Lane No. 4, Shakti Nagar, Jammu, on Tuesday.
The camp was inaugurated by Mahatma Tilak Ji, who appreciated the efforts of Nat Manch in promoting public health awareness and highlighting the importance of Ayurveda in modern-day healthcare. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the need to adopt a healthy lifestyle and encouraged people to take advantage of traditional healthcare systems for their overall well-being.
Organized under the theme “Healthy Living Through Ayurveda,” the camp aimed to spread awareness about preventive healthcare, healthy living, and the benefits of Ayurvedic treatment. The initiative also provided free health consultations and expert medical guidance to members of the public.
The health camp was conducted by a dedicated team of experienced healthcare professionals, including Dr. Bharti Koshal, Dr. Shefali Sharma, Sh. Neelam (Yoga Therapist), and Smt. Manju (Yoga Therapist). The team examined patients, assessed their health conditions, and provided valuable advice on preventive healthcare, lifestyle management, yoga, and Ayurvedic treatment methods.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from the local community, with a large number of residents availing themselves of the free health check-up services.
