HIRANAGAR, Sep 4: My Chhota School Hiranagar celebrated the auspicious festival of Janmashtami with great enthusiasm, devotion and vibrant cultural activities. The celebration provided the young learners with an opportunity to understand the significance of Lord Krishna’s birth while enjoying a joyful and colourful festive atmosphere.
The school campus came alive as the little ones dressed beautifully as Lord Krishna and Radha, adding a special charm to the celebrations. The adorable costumes and innocent expressions of the children created a delightful festive ambience.
As part of the celebrations, the students also visited a local Gaushala, where they got an opportunity to see and learn about cows and understand their importance in Indian culture. The visit was an enriching and meaningful experience for the young children.
The celebrations at school also included an engaging storytelling session on the life and childhood stories of Lord Krishna, helping students learn valuable lessons about kindness, love, friendship and righteousness in an age-appropriate manner.
Adding more excitement to the festivities, the children participated enthusiastically in a lively Dandiya dance, filling the school premises with music, energy and happiness. The celebration beautifully blended learning, culture and entertainment for the young students.
