JAMMU, Aug 15: Kshatriya Sansad proudly celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day on August 15, 2026, with a grand event dedicated to the theme ““Yuva Shakti for Viksit Bharat@2047” and “150 Years of Vande Mataram”.

The celebration was held at Kshatriya Sansad office where members of the organization, along with community leaders and citizens, came together to honor the nation’s journey and envision a future of prosperity and development.

The event commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag by M S Katoch (President, Kshatriya Sansad). The gathering stood in unison as the national anthem filled the air, evoking a deep sense of patriotism and pride in the hearts of all present.

In his keynote address, M S Katoch highlighted the importance of the theme “Yuva Shakti for Viksit Bharat@2047” and “150 Years of Vande Mataram” emphasizing thecrucial role of young people in science, innovation, entrepreneurship and driving India toward a developed nation status by 2047.

He spoke about the vital role that social organizations like Kshatriya Sansad play in fostering community development, promoting education, and supporting initiatives that drive the country towards becoming a developed nation. The celebration featured a series of programs, including speechesand a special panel discussion on “Developing Youth for Future.”

The Vice President of Kshatriya Sansad, Vidhi Singh Jamwal a renowned educationist, expressed his gratitude to all participants and reiterated the organization’s commitment to working towards the betterment of society. He called upon the members to continue their efforts in various social causes, ensuring that the dream of a developed India becomes a reality.

The event concluded with the distribution of certificates and awards to volunteers and participants who have made significant contributions to the organization’s activities.

The other members who graced the occasion were Advocate G S Thakur, Vinay Jamwal (Charted Accountant), Dr Dara Singh, Pawan Chib (Social Activist), Ravi Singh (Retd Divisional Sports Officer), Balwan Singh (Educationist), Resham Singh Jamwal (Retd Regional Director GOI), Rajdev Singh, Ayush Katoch and Abhimanyu Katoch.
