JAMMU, Jul 20: Heritage School organised an enriching workshop for its teachers on 20th July 2026. The session was conducted by renowned Image Management Professional Chitrakshi Vij, with its focus extending beyond image building to self-exploration, introspection and purposeful goal setting.
Through a series of engaging and interactive activities, Vij encouraged teachers to reflect on their personal and professional journeys. Participants explored their strengths, aspirations and individuality through creative exercises, including representing their names in unique ways and reflecting on their identity. They were guided to set meaningful goals across various dimensions of life, such as career, health, finances, relationships, happiness and social contribution. The session also helped teachers understand the difference between immediate, short-term and long-term goals, highlighting the importance of clarity, purpose and a well-defined vision.
As teachers reflected on their career aspirations and future goals, they were encouraged to reconnect with the purpose behind choosing the teaching profession and to align their personal values with their role as educators. The workshop inspired participants to embrace a growth mindset, cultivate self-awareness and strive for continuous personal and professional development.
