JAMMU, Nov 3: Dr. Deepika, daughter of Professor (Dr.) Manohar Lal, resident of Village Chak Malal, Akhnoor, has been declared qualified for the award of Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Economics by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra.
She was worked on the topic “Employment Dynamics and Environmental Degradation: A Study of Selected G20 Countries” under the supervision of Dr. Roop Lal Sharma, Associate Professor, (HOD), School of Economics, SMVDU, Katra.
The candidate has published his research papers in various peer- reviewed ABDC, SSCI, and Scopus-indexed journals and presented her work at various national and international conferences Dr. Deepika is presently serving as Assistant Professor at Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda, Punjab.
The candidate expresses her gratitude to her parents, colleagues, well-wishers and supervisor for their invaluable guidance, as well as the School of Economics, SMVDU, for providing necessary facilities and support during her research.
