RAMBAN, Aug 21: Indian Army organised a Career Counselling Programme for students at Banihal, Ramban with the aim of guiding young minds towards informed career decisions and a brighter future. The initiative focused on helping students understand their interests, aptitude, strengths and aspirations while providing valuable insights into various career opportunities.
During the programme, students were apprised about diverse professional avenues, including opportunities in the Defence Forces and other fields requiring specialised skills and dedication. The interaction encouraged students to set realistic goals, enhance their capabilities and develop essential qualities such as discipline, leadership and perseverance.
The session also highlighted the importance of continuous learning, self-confidence and a positive approach towards achieving personal and professional aspirations.
