Army conducts lecture on ‘live a life less ordinary: join Indian Army’ to inspire youth at Parat

POONCH, Aug 19: As part of ongoing outreach and youth engagement initiatives, a motivational lecture on “Live a Life Less Ordinary: Join Indian Army” was conducted for students and youth at Government Higher Secondary School, Parat, Poonch.

The lecture highlighted the various career opportunities available in the Indian Army and encouraged participants to consider a career in the Defence Forces. The speaker elaborated on the values of discipline, leadership, courage, dedication and service to the nation, while also providing insights into the life, responsibilities and professional opportunities associated with serving in the Indian Army.

The session motivated students to set ambitious goals, develop a strong sense of purpose and contribute meaningfully towards nation-building. The participants actively interacted with the speaker and showed keen interest in learning about various career options, eligibility criteria and entry avenues into the Indian Army.

The lecture concluded with an inspiring message encouraging the youth to “Live a Life Less Ordinary” by embracing challenges, pursuing excellence and aspiring to serve the nation by joining the Indian Army.
