KISHTWAR, Aug 22: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference senior leader and spokesperson for the Chenab Valley region, Ajeet Bhagat, expressed deep shock and outrage over the alleged rape and murder of a 12-year-old school-going tribal girl in the Chatroo area of Kishtwar district.
Bhagat said that no words could adequately describe the pain and agony caused by such a heinous crime against an innocent child. He expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and said that the incident had shocked people across the district.
