SRINAGAR, Jul 21: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has expressed grief over the demise of Ramprasad Kabra, father of Shaleen Kabra, Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department.
In a post on X, the Lieutenant Governor conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength to help them bear the irreparable loss.
“My deepest condolences to Shaleen Kabra on the sad demise of his father Ramprasad Kabra. I pray to the Almighty to grant strength to the bereaved family members to bear this loss. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
