JAMMU, Jul 19: Eminent senior contemporary sculptor and internationally acclaimed artist Ganesh Kumar Sharma has brought pride to Jammu and Kashmir and the nation by being conferred with the prestigious “International Cultural Leader Certificate” by the International University of Culture, Arts and Sciences (IUCAS), Palestine.
