Randhawa inaugurates main road upgradation work in Ward 53

JAMMU, Sep 7: Continuing his efforts to strengthen civic infrastructure and provide better basic amenities to the people of Bahu Assembly Constituency, Hon’ble MLA Bahu Ch. Vikram Randhawa today inaugurated the upgradation of the main road by way of providing tile work near Khoo Wali Gali, Ward No. 53, Trikuta Nagar.

The programme was held in the presence of Mandal President Nitish Mahajan and his team, local residents, officials of the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and the concerned contractor.

Speaking on the occasion, Ch. Vikram Randhawa said that improving road infrastructure and providing better civic amenities remains a key priority. He said that development works are being undertaken across Bahu Constituency to address the genuine and long-pending demands of residents and ensure that people have access to better public infrastructure.

He further said that the focus remains on visible, result-oriented development at the grassroots level, with special attention being given to areas where residents have been facing infrastructure-related difficulties for a long time.

The MLA also inspected the work in progress at various locations in Ward No. 53 and reviewed the pace and quality of the ongoing works. He appreciated the progress and directed the concerned officials and contractor to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of all works.

Ch. Randhawa reiterated that every genuine public demand would be taken up on priority and that development works would continue across the constituency with a focus on improving the quality of life of residents.

The local residents expressed their gratitude to MLA Ch. Vikram Randhawa for fulfilling their long-pending demand and appreciated his continued efforts towards the development of Ward No. 53 and Bahu Constituency.
