JAMMU, May 7: Puneesh Puri, a promising skater from Indian Hawks Sports Academy, participated in the prestigious World Skate Europe Track Series 2026, held last month across venues in Portugal and Germany.
The international series featured two major competitions — the 21st International Inline Speed Skating Tournament – Terras do Infante, organised in Lagos, Portugal, from April 9 to 12, and the Arena Geisingen International 2026, held in Geisingen, Germany, from April 16 to 19.
Puneesh’s participation in the elite European circuit marks a significant achievement for both the athlete and the academy, reflecting the growing presence of Indian skaters on the international stage.
Indian Hawks Sports Academy has been consistently working towards identifying and grooming young sporting talent by providing professional coaching, structured training programmes, and exposure to high-level competitions at national and international platforms.
