JAMMU, Jun 13: A delegation of Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) OBC Cell, District Udhampur, led by its Chairman Abdul Gani Teli, today met Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, Jammu and apprised him of several pressing public issues of District Udhampur.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted problems related to water supply, irrigation facilities, public welfare works, and other developmental concerns affecting the residents of the district. JKNC OBC Cell leaders urged the Chief Engineer to ensure timely redressal of public grievances and stressed the need to accelerate developmental projects to improve the quality of life of the people.
The Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by the delegation and assured prompt and positive action on the demands and suggestions put forth by Abdul Gani Teli and other members. He also emphasized the importance of regular public feedback for effective implementation of welfare and developmental works.
