JAMMU, Jul 24: Jammu Province Bachao Manch (JBM) five Member Team led Satish Poonchi Vice Chairman was flagged off to participate in the protest at Jantar Mantar New Delhi from Jammu by Ashok Sharma Advocate Former Law Maker and Chairman JBM accompanied by Ex MLC MS Qureshi Advocate, Kuldip Sharma Chief Spokesperson, KYS Manas former Principal District and Sessions Judge, Capt Lalit Kumar Sharma IFS Add PCCF (retd) S Ajit Singh President All J&K Police Pensioners Association, HC Jameria Advocate Chairman Kissan Sabha, Zaid Sarfraz Malik Advocate along with other Bearer and Volunteers.
On reaching Jantar Mantar the team will join and sit on token Hunger Strike in support of students to express solidarity with the protesting youth.
Ashok Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, urged upon the Union Government to initiate dialogue with the protesting youth to settle the issue for a durable solution in respect of repeated paper leaks as it is very sensitive issue related to the future of younger generation.
He appealed for a concrete and fulproof mechanism for fair and just selections for various competitive examinations so that such embracing situations arising because of repeated paper leaks are checked.
