Devotional Song “Mindhal Waali Meya Teri Jai Jai Kaar” released

JAMMU, May 30: A devotional music video titled “Mindhal Waali Meya Teri Jai Jai Kaar” was released with great religious fervour and cultural enthusiasm ahead of the annual Mindhal Yatra commencing on June 1.

The spiritually uplifting bhajan, dedicated to Maa Mindhal, has been sung by noted vocalist Prof. D.S. Manhas, whose soulful rendition beautifully reflects the faith, devotion and reverence associated with the revered deity. The devotional release aims to strengthen the spiritual connect of devotees participating in the upcoming yatra.

The release function was attended by several distinguished personalities and devotees. Senior BJP leader and former General Secretary BJP J&K, Munish Sharma, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, appreciated the efforts of the entire team for promoting the rich devotional and cultural heritage of the region through music.

Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that devotional music plays an important role in preserving cultural traditions and strengthening spiritual values among the younger generation. He congratulated the artists and creative team for producing a meaningful devotional presentation dedicated to Maa Mindhal.

The lyrics of the bhajan have been penned by Prof. D.S. Manhas, while the music has been composed by Rahul Bhardwaj. The video has been directed by Prof. D.S. Manhas, with cinematography by Yogi Singh and editing by Yogi Studios. The production showcases traditional aesthetics and devotional imagery that resonate with the spiritual significance of the Mindhal pilgrimage.

Among those present on the occasion were members of ASDCSS including Prem Singh, Ajay Sethi, Prof. Shrikant, Yashpal Dutt, renowned singer Kavita Dutt, and Meetal Manhas.
