KISHTWAR, Jun 20: A delegation of the Shree Sharda Mata Mandir Jagran Development (SMMJD) Trust, Anjole, called on the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pankaj Sharma (JKAS), and discussed various matters pertaining to the activities of the Trust and the smooth conduct of its forthcoming Annual Sharda Mata Jagran, scheduled to be held on June 22, 2026.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Deputy Commissioner about the significance of the annual religious event and sought the cooperation of the district administration for ensuring adequate arrangements related to public convenience, sanitation, traffic management, drinking water, electricity, and security during the programme.
The Deputy Commissioner assured the delegation of all possible support from the district administration and directed the concerned departments to coordinate effectively for the successful and peaceful conduct of the event.
The delegation also met the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pawan Kotwal, and discussed various arrangements concerning the Annual Jagran. The ADC appreciated the efforts of the Trust in organizing the religious event and assured necessary administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth conduct of the programme.
The members of the Trust expressed gratitude to both officers for their positive response and support towards the successful organization of the Annual Sharda Mata Jagran at Anjole.
