KISHTWAR, Jul 4: Ghulam Hussain Mir has appealed to the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar to conduct a thorough physical verification of the works being executed by the Jal Shakti Department at Keshwan.
In a statement, Mir urged the Deputy Commissioner to depute a competent team to inspect the ongoing projects and assess the quality of construction on the ground. He said such an exercise is necessary to ensure transparency, maintain quality standards and protect public interests.
Mir further requested the district administration to take appropriate action if any irregularities, deficiencies or substandard work are detected during the inspection. He stressed that accountability in the execution of public works is essential to ensure that development projects genuinely benefit the people.
