UDHAMPUR, Aug 10: BJP OBC Morcha Udhampur held an organisational meeting at the BJP Office, Battal Ballian, on Monday to discuss upcoming organisational and public outreach programmes. The meeting was chaired by Ravi Abrol, Udhampur Prabhari, BJP OBC Morcha.
The meeting focused on programmes being planned in connection with the celebrations of August 15, 2026, as well as the 650th Prakash Utsav/Jayanti of Sant Shiromani Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji. Detailed discussions were held on the proposed activities, their effective execution and measures to ensure maximum public participation.
The participants stressed the importance of active involvement of party workers, office-bearers and Mandal-level teams in taking the message of the programmes to the grassroots. Emphasis was laid on coordinated planning, strengthening organisational networks and mobilising people at the local level.
Braham Jyot Satti, President, BJP OBC Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir, appreciated the Udhampur unit for organising the meeting and taking proactive steps towards strengthening public outreach. He said organisational meetings play an important role in maintaining coordination among workers and keeping the organisation connected with people at the grassroots.
Satti said the forthcoming programmes provide an opportunity to further strengthen the organisational structure and increase engagement with the public. He called upon workers to participate actively and work with dedication and collective spirit to ensure the successful conduct of the programmes.
Those present included Sagar Verma, District President, BJP OBC Morcha, Udhampur; Kuldeep Prajapati and Ashok Kumar, General Secretaries; Charan Dass, Vice President; Mandal Presidents, besides other office-bearers and senior workers of the BJP OBC Morcha.
The meeting concluded with a call for greater grassroots mobilisation, effective coordination among organisational units and maximum public participation in the forthcoming programmes.
