Army’s Kashmir Super-30 Inaugurated at Manasbal

MANASBAL, Nov 1: Kashmir Super-30, an educational initiative supported by the Indian Army, was formally inaugurated at the Chinar Centre of Educational Excellence, Manasbal, on Sunday, marking the commencement of its academic session for 2026-27.

The programme was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shreya Singhal (IAS), in the presence of officials from the Indian Army, representatives of NIEDO and AVNL, and other distinguished dignitaries.

Kashmir Super-30 is a dedicated educational initiative aimed at empowering deserving students from economically weaker sections by providing free residential coaching, academic guidance and mentorship. The programme seeks to bridge educational gaps and ensure that financial constraints do not prevent talented students from accessing quality education and pursuing their academic ambitions.

Under the initiative, selected students will receive specialised coaching and preparation for competitive examinations, including the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and other professional entrance tests. The programme aims to help students secure admission to prestigious institutions and build careers in medicine, engineering and allied fields.

The initiative is being supported by the Indian Army in collaboration with AVNL and the National Integrity and Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO). It focuses not only on academic preparation but also on strengthening students’ conceptual understanding, improving their problem-solving abilities and developing the skills required to succeed in highly competitive examinations.

The residential learning environment will further provide students with structured academic support, mentorship and guidance throughout their preparation.

The launch of the 2026-27 session marks another step towards expanding educational opportunities for underprivileged students in Kashmir. The initiative is expected to provide a meaningful platform for talented young people to realise their potential and pursue professional careers, irrespective of their financial background.
