RAJOURI, May 16: A motivational talk on joining the Armed Forces was organised by the Indian Army at Eklavya Model Residential School, Hubbi, Rajouri, to inspire and encourage local youth to pursue a career in the Indian Armed Forces.
The session aimed to motivate talented and aspiring students to serve the nation and explore various career opportunities available in the Armed Forces.
Students were briefed on different entry schemes, eligibility criteria and career options based on their interests, aptitude and educational qualifications.
The talk also highlighted the selection procedure for becoming an officer in the Armed Forces, with emphasis on essential qualities such as leadership, discipline, dedication, courage and patriotism.
The students participated enthusiastically and showed keen interest in understanding the recruitment process and life in the Armed Forces.
The initiative reflects the Indian Army’s continued commitment towards guiding and empowering youth, especially from remote and underprivileged areas, while strengthening its bond with the local population.
