The Senior National Confrance leader said the proposed document should provide the Sector- Wise, District Wise and Project-Wise assessment based on Government Records and Audit Findings,
The Senior National Confrance leader said the White Paper should cover Development, Employment, Health, Education, Roads, Infrastructure, Power, Water Supply, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Horticulture Rural Development Department, Forest, HandicraftsØ Handlooms, SericultureØ Social Welfare, Youth Affairs, Financial Management and Implementation of Central and Jammu and Kashmir State Schemes, Bhagat cited Findings of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), including its Audit of the Prime Minister’s Development Package,
The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reported that against a target of 53, 547 youth to be trained under Himayat During 2016-2017 to 2018 -2019 only 4, 494 were trained and 732 were placed in Jobs.
