JAMMU, Oct 9: : Abhinav Anand, President, Traders Association, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu; Co-Convenor, Trade Cell, BJP J&K; and In-Charge, BJP Trade Cell for Jammu City, Udhampur and Ramban, extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Shri Vikas Kundal, IAS, on his appointment as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
Abhinav Anand expressed confidence that under Shri Kundal’s leadership and administrative guidance, the Jammu Division would continue to witness progress, improved public service delivery and effective coordination between the administration and various stakeholders.
