JAMMU, Jun 1: The Friends Welfare Society (FWS) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for clinching the IPL 2026 title and creating history with their second consecutive championship victory.
In a statement issued here, FWS members hailed RCB’s remarkable achievement and praised the team for its outstanding performance throughout the tournament. RCB defeated Gujarat Titans by five wickets in a thrilling final played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, successfully defending their title and reaffirming their dominance in the league.
The society particularly lauded the match-winning knock of Virat Kohli, whose unbeaten 75 runs off 42 deliveries guided RCB to victory in the high-pressure final. His innings once again highlighted his class, consistency and leadership on the biggest stage.
