KATHUA, May 31: Former Minister and MLA Jasrota, Rajiv Jasrotia, today listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio programme Mann Ki Baat along with local residents and party workers at Booth Number 80, Panchayat Rakh Hoshiyari in Jasrota Mandal.
Speaking on the occasion, Jasrotia said that Mann Ki Baat has emerged as a powerful platform that connects the Prime Minister directly with the people and highlights inspiring stories from every corner of the country. He said the programme has had a transformative impact on every section of society by motivating citizens to contribute positively towards nation-building.
He observed that through Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently encouraged youth to innovate, pursue entrepreneurship, embrace technology and actively participate in India’s development. The programme has inspired students to excel in academics, sports and creative fields while promoting a spirit of self-confidence and patriotism among the younger generation.
Jasrotia further stated that farmers have greatly benefited from the awareness generated through the programme regarding natural farming, water conservation, modern agricultural practices and government welfare schemes. He noted that the Prime Minister’s emphasis on sustainable agriculture and rural development has encouraged farmers to adopt innovative methods for improving productivity and income.
