CHATROO, Sep 28: BMO Chatroo, Dr. Saima Agoo, has been recognised by the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir for her outstanding contribution and dedicated service under the 100 Days Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan.
