THANNAMANDI, Aug 21: Government Degree College Thannamandi, under Mission YUVA – Udyam Jagriti 5.0, has launched Batch 11 of the 10-day Hybrid Training Programme on Entrepreneurship and Business Development here on Thursday.
The 10-day training programme being conducted under the patronage of College Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Shamim Azad, is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive set of skills essential for entrepreneurship, employability and successful business development. The programme focuses on Entrepreneurial Skills, Digital Skills, Foundation Skills, Financial Skills, and Leadership and Management Skills, and also reflects the college’s commitment towards empowering youth with the skills, knowledge and confidence required to become successful entrepreneurs and future job creators.
On the occasion, Mission YUVA Nodal Officer Dr. Nagina Kousser, who also served as the Resource Person, addressed the participants and briefed them about the schedule and activities planned for the upcoming 10-day training programme. She apprised the participants about the objectives, structure and expected learning outcomes of the training and encouraged them to actively participate in all the sessions.critical knowledge and exposure to various aspects entrepreneurship, business planning, digital tools, financial management, communication, leadership, teamwork and enterprise development.
The initiative aims to motivate participants to become job creators rather than merely job seekers and to encourage them to explore sustainable self-employment and business opportunities under Mission YUVA – Udyam Jagriti 5.0.
