Conspiracy to disturb peaceful atmosphere of Jammu division: Sahni
JAMMU, SEP 29: After the twin blasts in Udhampur late last night and early Thursday morning, Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir unit warned the terrorist organizations operating in the UT to desist from their cowardly acts, calling for eradicating existence of Pakistan to end terrorism one for all.
Led by Manish Sahni, President Shiv Sena, J&K, dozens of party members assembled near party’s central office and staged strong protest and burned the effigy of Pakistan.
Talking to reporters, Sahni said that along with the ban on PFI, it is necessary to teach a lesson to Pakistan. For the last 32 years, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have been living in terrorism.
Sahni said that the incidents of hybrid terrorism, target killing and sticky bomb blasts in Jammu division are increasing. Two nefarious acts of detonation with sticky bombs were carried out in Udhampur in just eight hours, although there was no loss of life in both the blasts. He further said that along with Kashmir, terrorism is spreading rapidly in peaceful areas of Jammu division.
“Terrorist activities have increased in Udhampur along the LoC adjoining Rajouri and Poonch. This is the second incident of terrorist attack in Udhampur in the last six months,” he said.
