Justice Koul directs parties maintain status quo until next hearing

JAMMU, Nov 20: The Press Club of Jammu filed a petition through Advocate Inderjeet Gupta, against Dinesh Malhotra and others, with Advocate P.S. Pamar, representing the respondents. The case was heard by Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul in the Jammu & Kashmir High Court.
During the proceedings, the caveat filed by the respondents was discharged, as Advocate P.S. Pamar, appeared on their behalf. The court then proceeded to issue a Notice in the matter.
Advocate P.S. Pamar accepted the notice on behalf of the respondents and requested a one-week extension to file a reply, which was granted by the court.
The next hearing in this matter is scheduled for November 25, 2024. In the interim, Justice Vinod Koul directed that the parties maintain status quo until the next date of hearing, subject to any objections from the opposing side.
