Hindu Jagran Manch demands befitting reply to China

JAMMU, June 17: Hindu Jagran Manch J&K unit staged protest against the martyrdom of 20 Indian soldiers including a Colonel Santosh Babu in a fierce clash with Chinese troops in the Galwan Valley in Eastern Ladakh.
The Manch activists raised slogans against the BJP government demanding befitting reply to China.
Pertinent to mention here that, on June 16, a total of 20 Army personnel, including a Colonel, were martyred in a violent clash, in one of the biggest military confrontations between India and China in over five decades.
The protesters paid tributes to the courageous soldiers and security personnel martyred in Galwan Valley. “Their valour and sacrifice will never be forgotten. They served the nation with utmost dedication and worked tirelessly to protect our citizens.
Condolences to their families and friends,” they added.
They called for boycott of Chinese goods to undermine the country economically amid the rising tensions at the India-China Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh. They asked BJP Government at the Centre to give befitting reply to the China so that such type of incidents may not happen in near future.
