JAMMU, May 24: With the number of Covid-19 cases rising in J&K, the Gandhi Global Family (GGF) in collaboration with Indian Systems of Medicines – AYUSH has distributed immunity booster medicines to fight coronavirus among locals of Amphalla in Jammu.
Indian System of Medicines (ISM) – AYUSH is supplying the medicines and it is being distributed for free among the locals by Gandhi Global Family. 110 patients were examined by an expert team of doctors deputed by ADMO Jammu Dr Suresh Sharma. Earlier the locals were also sensitised by Dr Taran Singh (Former Medical Superintendent Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu) about COVID 19 & its preventive measures.
In his message, Dr Mohan Singh Director ISM highlighted the importance of immunity booster medicines in the battle against COVID19 pandemic.
Dr Varma expressed his gratitude towards Indian Systems of Medicines AYUSH & especially Director Dr Mohan Singh for the collaboration where the needy local families will be benefitted in this time of global pandemic crisis.
Dr Shalini Sharma, Dr Garima Sharma, Dr Sukhpreet Kaur & Nishad Khajuria represented Indian Systems of Medicines Jammu, while Dr Prem Sharma, S Jaswinder Singh Kuku, Sanjeev Kohli, Dr Vishal Pratap Singh, Amit Varma, Raghav Changotra and Ankush Varma represented the Gandhi Global Family J&K.
Tariq Nath was the GGF local organiser who has made arrangement inside Church at Old Rehari, Ampahalla in Jammu. While the camp was inaugurated by Sumit Nayyar Advocate High Court Jammu.
The COVID19 medical camp was dedicated to local freedom fighter & Ayurdeva Expert Camrade Dhanvantri.
