SRINAGAR, Apr 7 (Agencies): The number of coronavirus cases rose to 114 in Jammu and Kashmir as five more persons, all from Kashmir tested positive for the virus on Tuesday, news agency reported.
Among them, the agency quoting sources said, three are from Lalbazar locality and include two sisters, aged 20 and 23, and their 19-year-old cousin. The three were placed in a quarantine centre in Hazratbal and were shifted to Chest Disease hospital on Tuesday after they tested positive for coronavirus.
The other two include one from Hajin area of Bandipora and other are from Srinagar. Both are admitted to SKIMS Soura.
With these five fresh cases, 114 people have tested positive for coronavirus. Of them, 108 are active case—90 in Kashmir and 18 in Jammu division. Among all 114 cases, four have recovered and were discharged while two others have died.
