District administration reaches out to residents stranded at different states

DODA, Apr 18: A total of 56 stranded labourers/residents of District Doda approached to the Control Room established at Rose garden resort Teligarh Bhaderwah by District Administration Doda on the directions of DDC Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode (IAS) under the supervision of Dr Rajinder Khajuria CEO(BDA).
Accordingly, the concerned authorities of different States were approached and the request was made to ensure the provision of food/ration to the stranded labourers so that they obey the lockdown protocol.
It is pertinent to mention that till date 2838 people/ stranded labourers approached for provision of the ration and other basic facilities and grievances were resolved in toto by the District. Administration through control room established at Rose Garden Resorts Teligarh in coordination with respective authorities of different states, distt, Tehsils and/Panchayats.
Further District Administration appeals all the stranded person’s of district Doda to remain indoor during the lock down period, and may contact the office of Nodal Officer for any help with regard to requirement of basic amenities like food/ration.
Also It is for the information of general public that District Administration has appointed CEO BDA Dr Rajinder Khajuria as Nodal Officer for residents/labourers of District Doda stranded outside district and in other parts of the country.
