Army organises medical camp

LANGATE, Feb 9: A medical camp was organised by Army Camp, Langate at Bhaikh-Harvet Village with the aim to provide quality medical care and free medicines to the poor and needy people.
A team of ten doctors including three Army Doctors, One Army Dental Officer and Six Civil Doctors from District Hospital Handwara offered consultation and treatment for various ailments wherein a total of 361 persons (177 men, 62 women and 122 children) benefited.
A lecture was conducted by both Army and Civil Dental doctors on a ‘Maintenance of Dental Hygiene.
