Addressing devotees, Swami Ram Swarup Ji explained that the Almighty has provided profound knowledge in the 19th Kanda of the Atharvaveda regarding severe diseases and their remedies. Referring to Sukta 24, he said that men and women who preserve and regulate their inner strength through Brahmacharya develop a divine power capable of destroying diseases and bodily ailments. According to Vedic teachings, the strength generated through Brahmacharya is the supreme medicine, which not only eradicates diseases but also promotes a longer and healthier life.

He explained that this divine energy destroys internal enemies such as lust, anger, pride, greed, and other negative tendencies. It also removes diseases, generates enthusiasm for righteous actions, and provides strength, vitality, and endurance to the body.

He emphasized that all these blessings are attained through the firm observance of Brahmacharya and sincere spiritual practice. The Vedas, he said, teach that to receive such divine strength from God, one must engage in Vedic study, Yoga practice, Yajna, and Agnihotra regularly.Swami Ram Swarup Ji cautioned that without adherence to these Vedic disciplines, human beings remain vulnerable to diseases, mental distress, anxieties, and suffering, leading to a life burdened with hardships.
