JAMMU, Jun 13: BSNL has launched a new prepaid GSM FRC Rs 51 plan for new/MNP mobile subscribers in order to provide affordable and value-rich telecom services to customers.
Under the newly introduced FRC Rs 51 plan for New and MNP Prepaid Mobile Connections, customers will get unlimited voice calling on any network across India along with 2 GB data per day and 100 SMS per day. The plan carries a validity of 28 days. SIM will be provided free of cost under with FRC-51. The promotional offer under FRC Rs 51 shall remain valid up to 30th June 2026.
The plan has been designed to offer economical prepaid mobile connectivity solutions with attractive voice and data benefits for customers across the region.
Moreover, BSNL has also launched 4G Mobile Services across J&K, and has requested all the subscribers to reach out the nearest BSNL Office and get the SIM upgraded free of cost to get high-speed services.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has also simplified the process of obtaining a high-speed Bharat Fiber (FTTH) fiber high spped internet connection through its dedicated WhatsApp Chatbot service. Customers can now book a new Fiber connection from the comfort of their homes by simply sending “Hi” to 18004444 on WhatsApp. The chatbot enables customers to book new Bharat Fiber connections and access various customer service features through a single platform.
BSNL’s WhatsApp Chatbot at 18004444 acts as a virtual assistant, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers seeking broadband services. In addition to new Fiber bookings, customers can also pay bills, register complaints, check complaint status, and view invoices through the chatbot.
