JAMMU, Nov 18 (Agencies): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved an extension in the temporary upgradation of several posts, including the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training. This post, currently held by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, the 1997 batch AGMUT cadre (formerly J&K Cadre) officer, has been upgraded for a term up to November 18, 2025.
