JAMMU, Oct 9: Shri Ram Sena (J&K) President Rajiv Mahajan congratulated the National Conference (NC) and Congress alliance for their victory in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. The alliance secured an absolute majority with 49 seats in the first elections since the collapse of the PDP-BJP regime in 2018.
Mahajan also praised the alliance’s commitment to restoring Jammu and Kashmir’s statehood and ensuring regional representation. He noted that both NC and Congress are focused on priorities such as reviving the Darbar move, addressing unemployment and other issues.
