“SHAHIDON KO SHRADANJALI” organised to pay tributes to Martyrs: JPPF

JAMMU, Jul 18: The “Shahidon ko Shradanjali” program, organized by the Jammu Province People’s Forum (JPPF), aimed to honor the martyrs of recent terrorist attacks in Jammu Province. During the event, M S Katoch, the working President of JPPF, expressed deep concern over the attempts by terrorists to destabilize the predominantly Dogra area of Jammu, which has historically remained peaceful even during periods of heightened militancy. He praised the bravery of the Indian Army soldiers in confronting these challenges and emphasized the need for the government to take decisive action against the sponsors of terrorism in Pakistan.

Katoch called for unity and vigilance among the residents of Jammu to prevent future attacks. The participants, including notable figures like  Avinash Bhatia, Resham Singh, Ram Ratan Sharma, Rajiv Mahajan, Balwan Singh, Prof O P Sharma,  Smt Sunita Sharma, Puram Chand Sharma, Pawan Singh Chib,  Tarsem Singh,  Abhimanyu Katoch,  Ayush Katoch,  Madan Rangeela,  Janak Khajuria, Rajiv Chunni, Dr JS Babli, Dr Kamal Sharma and others, strongly condemned the cowardly attacks on soldiers. They paid their respects to the fallen soldiers by lighting candles as a tribute to their sacrifice.

The event underscored the community’s solidarity in the face of adversity and their determination to stand united against terrorism.
