Shri Shiv Shakti Vaishno Sewa Mandal starts 27th Vishal Bhandara at Amarnath Yatri Niwas

Provide full support to organizations backing 62-Day Amarnath Yatra: Rajiv to Govt

JAMMU, Jun 30: Shri Shiv Shakti Vaishno Sewa Mandal commenced its 27th Vishal Bhandara today at the base camp of Amarnath Yatri Niwas, Bhagwati Nagar Jammu. The event aims to serve the devotees of Bhagwan Shiva who have embarked on the sacred journey to seek His blessings.

The inaugural day of the Vishal Bhandara witnessed esteemed personalities gracing the occasion.

Rajiv Mahajan, President of Shri Ram Sena, was the chief guest, who, in the presence of Adv Sanjeev Sareen and members of the Sewa Mandal, performed the Aarti of Bhagwan Shiv. Subsequently, he commenced the Langar, a community kitchen, which will cater to the nourishment needs of the Amarnath Yatris throughout the duration of the yatra.

During his address, Mahajan emphasized the importance of extending full support to organizations like Shri Shiv Shakti Vaishno Sewa Mandal, which actively contribute to the smooth conduct of the Yatra. He appealed to the government to provide comprehensive cooperation to such organizations, recognizing their crucial role in facilitating a successful and hassle-free pilgrimage experience for devotees.

Additionally, Mahajan called upon social and political organizations to step forward and extend their unwavering support throughout the entire duration of the Yatra. He highlighted the significance of collective efforts and solidarity in ensuring the smooth functioning of the pilgrimage, emphasizing that the active participation of all stakeholders is essential for its success.

Sharma ji, Organizer of Shri Shiv Shakti Vaishno Sewa Mandal, Delhi, emphasized that the Mandal has been organizing Langar for the past 27 years. The Langar serves as a humble effort to provide sustenance and solace to the devoted pilgrims of Bholenath who have traveled from various parts of the country to seek the divine darshan of Lord Shiva.

 “The Langar, a symbolic representation of community service and compassion, will remain operational until the completion of the 62-day-long Yatra. Shri Shiv Shakti Vaishno Sewa Mandal aims to cater to the needs of the devotees by ensuring they receive nourishment and support throughout their spiritual journey,” he added.
