JAMMU, Sep 25: Nitishwar Kumar, the Principal Secretary to J&K Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha, has been appointed as Additional Secretary IN Woman and Child (W&C) Development Ministry, GOI.
The appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved nine appointments of IAS/IRS/ICAS officers, according to an order issued by the Secretary of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet & Establishment Officer, Deepti Umashanker.
Nitishwar Kumar, IAS (UP:96) , presently on Inter Cadre deputation, has been posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Women and Child Development, by temporarily upgrading the vacant post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry.
