RAJOURI, Nov 6: The Indian Army organised a motivational lecture at Higher Secondary School, Lam, District Rajouri on 05 November 2026, to inspire students and promote the values of patriotism, discipline, leadership and national unity. The lecture was delivered by a senior Veteran, who shared his experiences of military service and highlighted the importance of courage, resilience and dedication towards the nation.
During the interactive session, the veteran encouraged students to uphold national values, develop leadership qualities and contribute positively towards nation-building. He also encouraged students to hoist the National Flag at their homes as a symbol of unity, pride and patriotism. The lecture highlighted the significance of discipline, determination and selfless service in shaping responsible citizens and motivated students to consider careers in the Indian Defence Forces.
A total of 30 individuals, including 27 students and three teachers, attended the programme. The participants appreciated the veteran’s inspiring words and expressed gratitude to the Indian Army for organising the meaningful interaction.
The initiative reflects the Indian Army’s continued commitment to youth empowerment, character development and strengthening civil-military relations through motivational and educational outreach programmes in the border areas of District Rajouri.
