KISHTWAR, Oct 24: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference leader and Spokesperson for the Chenab Valley Region, Ajeet Bhagat, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mohammad Rafi Giri on his promotion to the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP).
