POONCH, Oct 19 (Agencies): One person was killed and three others injured after rocks reportedly slid during ongoing construction work on the Sawjian-Gulmarg road in Poonch district on Monday.
According to sources, a large rock slid onto workers engaged in construction work on the road leading from Sawjian towards Gulmarg, killing a labourer working with the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) and seriously injuring three others.
The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
