SRINAGAR, Oct 14 (Agencies): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated Pawan Singh Rathore as Secretary in the Information Department following his promotion to the Super Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS).
According to Government Order No. 1631-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on October 13, the designation follows Rathore’s promotion to the Super Time Scale through Government Order No. 1374-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated August 7.
