MUMBAI, Oct 13: A grand musical rendition of Goswami Tulsidas’s timeless epic Shri Ramcharitmanas is set to bring India’s spiritual and literary heritage to audiences in a unique format. The teaser of the ambitious 52-hour musical project, featuring renowned Bollywood singer Madhushree and music composer Robby Badal, was unveiled at an event in Mumbai.

Released under the music label Royant Music, the project is the result of nearly two years of dedication by the artists, who have worked to present the revered text through music while preserving its devotional essence.

He credited Madhushree’s voice and dedication as essential to bringing the project to life. Coming from a small village, he described the opportunity to compose music for the revered epic as a significant milestone. He also revealed plans to release nine bhajans during Navratri.

Spiritual guru Oma the Akk praised the artists for dedicating nearly two years to the project, describing it as an effort to connect younger generations, particularly Gen Z, with Indian culture and spiritual traditions. He expressed hope that the musical rendition would continue to be heard by generations to come.

Karan Razdan congratulated Madhushree and Robby Badal, noting that Madhushree had been discussing the project for the past two years. Dr. Khoja and other guests also extended their best wishes to the team.
